This year's conference promises to be an extraordinary gathering of passionate children's ministry leaders from across the country. Our goal is to provide an experience that will greatly benefit your organization as you continue your mission to positively impact the lives of children and families.

The KidzMatter Conference has become the largest event of its kind, and with your support, we are set up to surpass last year's success. In 2023, we reached full capacity with 2,800 ticket holders, and this year, we are fully prepared to exceed that number. Our goal is to make this year's conference not only exceptional for our participants but also for our wonderful partners like you.

  • If paying by check to avoid processing fees, please make the check payable to 12 Stone Ventures and mail it to our office at:

  • Booth selection operates on a first-come, first-served basis. After receiving all registrations, we collaborate with the venue to generate a map. Your booth location choice is then determined by the time of your registration and your partnership level. For instance, the first Diamond sponsorship to register gets priority, followed by the following sponsorship tiers in order of registration.

  • Set up will be from 10:00am - 4:00pm CT on Monday, September 23. (Diamond Partners can begin setting up at 9:00am CT.) The exhibit hall will open from 5:00-7:00pm CT during our Monday Night Early Check-In.

    Tear down will begin at 1:30pm CT on Thursday, September 26. There is a $500 fee for tearing down early. Please understand that there are no exceptions.

  • Check in upon arrival at the Ministry Partner check-in table located inside the Exhibit Hall Lobby.

  • Yes, there is!

  • Yes. Meal passes can be purchased for an additional $99 inside of AccelEvents where you purchased your partnership. This will include 5 easy grab-and-go meals on-site during the conference. Meals include lunch and dinner on Tuesday, lunch and dinner on Wednesday, and lunch on Thursday. Please note, there will be no speciality meal options available this year.

  • Electricity is provided for all our Emerald, Sapphire, and Diamond Partners. For all other partnerships, you can purchase electricity for an additional $250 before 9/20 and $350 after 9/20.

  • At the KidzMatter Conference, attendees have a chance to win a new car by earning KidzMatter Kash. As a partner, you'll receive KidzMatter Kash to give away at your booth, strategically driving traffic, incentivizing attendees, and collecting contact information.

    Diamond Partners will receive $600 in KidzMatter Kash. All other sponsorship levels will receive $300 in KidzMatter Kash.

  • All materials due for digital or print advertising will need to be submitted by July 15, 2024.. Please submit your materials to angie@kidzmatter.com.

  • We've partnered with the city of Evansville to ensure you have a comfortable and convenient stay during The KidzMatter Conference 2024. We've secured fantastic rates at a selection of top hotels in the area, so you can focus on getting the most out of your conference experience without worrying about accommodations.   • Yes, please see the schedule here.

  • We absolutely welcome you to attend our Main Stage Sessions. Our hope is that you also can find refreshment and encouragement at our conference and believe attending these sessions will enrich your experience with us.

  • Inbound and Outbound shipping from Old National Events Plaza will be available. More details to come.

  • Yes, there is free WIFI for our partners.

  • The Emerald Sponsorship package offers 2 booth spaces. Lower levels of sponsorship will only be granted a single booth space per organization.

  • Yes! The Old National Events Plaza has a main parking lot with 1100 spaces located right behind the facility. Parking in our main lot is always free of charge. Handicap parking for guests with disabilities is available in our main lot located adjacent to 9th Street. There are also a few spots for handicap parking located along Locust Street.

  • Evansville, Indiana is in the central standard time zone.
