What airport is the closest?

The Old National Events Plaza in Evansville, Indiana, is conveniently served by the Evansville Regional Airport (EVV) and the Owensboro-Daviess County Regional Airport (OWB) in Owensboro, Kentucky. Two major airports to consider when flying are the Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport (SDF) in Louisville, Kentucky, approximately 125 miles away, and the Indianapolis International Airport (IND) in Indianapolis, Indiana, roughly 170 miles to the northwest.

Is lodging included?

Accommodations are not included in the registration fee. Please arrange your stay at one of our recommended hotels.

WHERE DO I PARK?

The Old National Events Plaza has a main parking lot with 1,100 spaces located right behind the facility. Parking in the main lot is free of charge.

Where do I go for food?

We want mealtime to be the prime time for you to network and relax… not fight traffic for food! The Meal Pass includes 5 easy grab-and-go meals on-site during the conference. You will receive lunch and dinner on Tuesday, lunch and dinner on Wednesday, and lunch on Thursday. Purchase your Meal Pass when you get your ticket.

What is Flex Time?

Flex Time is your opportunity to tailor the conference experience. Explore our conference store, engage with ministry partners, connect with peers, attend product demos, or opt for additional training sessions! The Flex Time schedule will be unveiled closer to the conference date. You don’t want to miss it!

Is childcare provided?

While we love children at KidzMatter, please note that we do not offer childcare services, and individuals under the age of 13 are not permitted at the conference. However, students aged 13 and older are welcomed to purchase tickets and join us as attendees. Nursing mothers are welcome to attend, and we offer accommodations to make their experience comfortable.

Will all the sessions be recorded?

Yes, all of the Main Stage Sessions will be video recorded. All Breakout Sessions will be audio recorded. Recorded materials will be available for purchase in the 2024 KidzMatter Conference To Go.

What is the refund policy?

Unfortunately, we are unable to issue any refunds on tickets or meal passes. However, if you find yourself unable to use your purchased tickets, consider the option to pay it forward by donating them back to KidzMatter. We will ensure they go to someone in need of assistance to attend the conference. Please note that all tickets remain non-transferable to those outside of your church or organization.
